RCT Professional Conduct Committee vacancies

The RCT is seeking registrants to join its Professional Conduct Committee. Read the role description, and email enquiries@therct.org.uk if you would like to discuss the role. Apply using the volunteer application form below.

RCT assessor vacancies

The RCT has vacancies for assessors. It is a varied role that offers a new professional challenge, strengthens your CV and can count towards your CPD.

Role description

Assess applications and decide whether applicants are suitable for registration.
For primary route applications, check that the applicant holds a relevant qualification.
For equivalence applications, assess the portfolio to decide whether the applicant meets the criteria and has the experience needed for registration.

You receive full training before you start, in a single session, and your appointment begins once you have completed it.

Eligibility requirements

You must be a practising, registered technologist with enough experience to assess applications. RCT registration is preferred, but other registrations, such as HCPC, are accepted.

You must be able to review a portfolio of evidence critically and judge whether every criterion has been met.
