It is the policy of the RCT management board to invite attendance at each of its meetings and to discuss all business in the presence of the public unless there is a specific reason to discuss an item in private. In this case, which must be agreed in advance with the chair, there will be a ‘closed session’ at the end of an otherwise open meeting for discussion of that item only.
Members of the public wishing to attend should notify the RCT administrator of their intention. No more than six members of the public can be accommodated at any meeting due to space constraints.
Members of the public will not be entitled to receive meeting papers and will be non-participating observers at the meeting.
The dates and times of the management panel meetings will be advertised giving at least six weeks’ notice of each meeting.
The meeting dates for 2020 are as follows:
